Well done to Susan at our Ogmore class who was featured in the South Wales Echo on Wednesday. She is an inspiration to all our members having lost over four stone in nearly seven months and maintained this loss for the past six years. I can remember Sue starting at our Monday class in the Non Political club and saying that her main diet was chocolate, never ever eating fruit or vegetables or a cooked dinner. How that has changed always trying the healthy options that we suggest every week. Sue is now one of our successful slimmers featured on our website http://www.slimtone.co.uk. Joining a group for our weekly session at the Ogmore Life Centre where we have exclusive use of the new fitness suite for one hour. It’s a great way of keeping fit and we all enjoy a great social get together using the dance mats, exercise bikes etc. It’s fun and certainly does burn up the calories.
