Letting you know of our new SIX WEEK SUMMER CHALLENGE starting in all our classes this week.
All members who achieve a seven pound weight loss during this time will be entered in a draw and the winner receiving a special prize. This has been really motivational in past years and proven to be the incentive needed for so many to get back to healthy eating after all the recent Bank Holidays etc.
Look forward to receiving lots of family friendly recipes for the “football” fans watching the World Cup.
Also, to let you know that we have a few spare places in our half term visit to Champneys 31st October – 2nd November. These are really popular and we have no vacancies on the visit later in November. I would be more than pleased to give you further details or these can be found on our website http://www.slimtone.co.uk
Would you like to have a pampering weekend as a Christmas present. We have now booked the date for our Spring visit which will be from the 4th – 6th Many 2012. As most of you know we have been visiting Champneys in Leicester over 100 times and it is the highlight of so many of the members year. Fab treatment, delicious food and a chance to relax. So if you want a treat this Christmas why not join us for this pampering weekend. We also have a Sunday special on the 6th May with two treatments, coach, use of
all the facilites and a delicious lunch. For further information contact me on Marie@slimtone.co.uk or 01656 870339. We will also be having our usual visits in October and November 2012 and all places filled quite quickly for these this year so don’t hesitate to long.
Thanks to all the ladies who kindly bought raffle tickets during our May visit to Champneys Health Farm. A cheque was recently donated to Jane and Rhodri from Maesteg who are raising money to make a sponsored trek for Alzeimers. A total of over £110.00 was collected with special thanks to the Craig Barber Memorial Fund who helped with the raffle prizes and made a kind donation.
With the generosity of Slimtone members we have now collected nearly £35,000.00 (thirty five thousand pounds) for local charities.
