Letting you know of our new SIX WEEK SUMMER CHALLENGE  starting in all our classes this week.

All members who achieve a seven pound weight loss during this time will be entered in a draw and the winner receiving a special prize. This has been really motivational in past years and proven to be the incentive needed for so many to get back to healthy eating after all the recent Bank Holidays etc.

Look forward to receiving lots of family friendly recipes for the “football” fans watching the World Cup.

Also, to let you know that we have a few spare places in our half term visit to Champneys 31st October – 2nd November.  These are really popular and we have no vacancies on the visit later in November.  I would be more than pleased to give you further details or these can be found on our website

Donation to Jane and Rhodri

Thanks to all the ladies who kindly bought raffle tickets during our May visit to Champneys Health Farm. A cheque was recently donated to Jane and Rhodri from Maesteg who are raising money to make a sponsored trek for Alzeimers. A total of over £110.00 was collected with special thanks to the Craig Barber Memorial Fund who helped with the raffle prizes and made a kind donation.
With the generosity of Slimtone members we have now collected nearly £35,000.00 (thirty five thousand pounds) for local charities.
