Good News from Slimtone

I know you will all join me in congratulating Linda Bradford from our Sainsburys class who had a baby girl earlier today. Linda has been an inspiration to all the members she has kept to her Slimtone healthy plan and come to class regularly and has lost over two stone during her pregnancy and is looking fab. Well done Linda so pleased to hear the good news and thanks to Mair for letting us know.

Well done Victoria

Congratulations to Victoria who has lost nearly 8 stone at our weekly Slimtone class in Sainsburys Bridgend. There is a really inspirational success story in todays South Wales Echo which I am sure will motivate so many to start eating healthy. Well done to Ogmore Class

Congratulations to Diane who was thrilled to lose 7 pounds this week with the new Fat Blasting Diet. Also, to her brother Nigel who was featured in the latest edition of Around Town magazine with Victoria and Chris of the Sainsburys class who between them lost an amazing 14 stone. The class is still held at 6.00pm at the Non Political Club at Ogmore Vale.

Crispy Turkey

Hope you are enjoying your Easter Bank Holiday. We have had a great recipe idea from Victoria at our Sainsburys class. It’s a healthy alternative to crispy duck and everyone who has tried it agrees it is delicious. Cut the dark turkey meat into strips and pop into a pan that has been misted with one cal spray. Season with Chinese 5 spice and heat through. Turn up heat and drizzle over a tablespoon of honey mixing well until crispy. Serve on a bed of salad or stir fry and enjoy. I would also like to thank Victoria for all the ideas she shares with us on a regular basis and congratulate her on losing over five stone. She really looks amazing.
